First time customer and completely happy with the service and the work. Thanks to the patient and helpful reps, I feel good about their recommendations and that my car is now ready to live in Arizona.

Kerry's car care has been down the street on 67th Ave @ Happy Valley Road for a few years now. Yes, the always looked busy. However, being the type to buy a new car every three years... I never needed them. Except for yesterday, on an old 2004 Chevy Malibu belonging to a family member. The old Malibu's radiator looked like it was caked with mud. Radiator water... just like mud. It hadn't has an oil change in so long... nobody knew when the last oil change was. Then what I thought were wheel bearing issues... On No!!! This is going to cost me a fortune. Planned on a sad day for my wallet. Brought it in on a saturday afternoon. Kerry's Car Care did a complete 44 point inspection... changed the oil & filter, flushed out 16 years of radiator neglect, and told me I didn't need wheel bearings, all in less than 4 hours. I was prepared to pay a lot.... because for 67 years if I had to stop in a Service Station, I was prepared to give up an arm and maybe even a leg for repairs. What it did cost me... was less than an oil change on my Lexus. What I learned was... there is excellent customer service, there are people that care about you and your wallet, and there is an honest mechanic with incredible work that is also warrantied. Will I give up my Lexus dealer and the dealer costs? Undoubtedly... yes....

The guys there are always friendly, fast and honest. Never a Hassel to get my car in. Only wish they would wash the car before I come pick it up.....lol

My one hour quote for a basic oil change turned into three hours of sitting in the lobby, it wasn’t until I approached the front desk to ask for an update that they pulled my completed vehicle out of the bay. Less than impressed.
