A++++ Highly recommended this shop! The front service writers are kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Management came out just to see if i was doing ok waiting, and I didn't even have a long wait! I've been in 3 different times within the past couple months, and they have taken such good care of me.. both for large repairs and regular maintenance. I almost didn't come back here, due to an incredibly rude service writer.. but I'm glad I did, because he's no longer there, and the new guys Matthew, Keaton, and Morgan, are incredible! The only place I'll be going from now on!!

I typically go to Peoria Ford for everything and for some reason I had like my 60,000 mile check up done up in January and noticed a box came up on my dashboard that said my coolant was overheating never has that happened so I called Ford and they said they would have to keep the car 4 to 5 days they are that busy I cannot be without my car for that length of time just to find out what was wrong with it so I called Kerry’s and bless their hearts they had me out in one day and fixed granted it was something simple but still they were awesome so so polite every single one of them in the front office plus they’re so close I can walk so I might be switching I was very pleased with them very

The whole location was very friendly and accommodating. Came in for an oil change and was out within the hour, they were also able to patch my husband's flat tire. The men at the front desk were very personable and helpful. I will 100% be back to this location in the future!

Went to get my brake pads and calipers replaced for an ancient Toyota Camry. 1. Very friendly 2. Fast service 3. Knowledgeable staff 4. Can't say about their prices. It was on the higher end of ranges provided by Google and I did find cheaper places. But the positive reviews swayed me
