The employees were all super nice and relaxed. I went in for a routine oil change and was appreciative that they took time to go over next steps without pressuring me to schedule an appointment for other routine things that need taken care of. He took time to explain what they found and answer all my questions, including walking me through what things I could take care of on my own. Definitely recommend!

I could not recommend this shop highly enough and I will be back for all future service needs. The shop has excellent communication and great service with full transparency on pricing and all planned work. I brought my VW Passat into the shop when it needed a new transmission and worked with Matthew as my service advisor. After installing the new transmission, the shop performed a thorough inspection to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Matthew reviewed the repairs, explained everything very well, and provided a clear timeline. I hope to not need many repairs in the future, but I’ll be back to this shop as soon as I do.

Hands down best car service in the area… I have been coming to this location for 3 years and have always received the best customer service. Justin has worked on all 3 of my cars and has always been honest and found ways to save on costs.. Kerry’s is the first place I have felt like they have not tried to get extra money out of their customers or push for stuff to get fixed…

Jack helped me out today and he was absolutely amazing! He didn’t try to upsell me like many other car shops would and it felt as though he really cares about his customers, absolutely will be going back for any car care needs!

Although I didn't get the experience I was hoping for, the General Manager (Matthew) personally reached out to me and is making things good. I'm looking forward to starting a new relationship with Matthew and his team. After speaking with Matthew for quite some time (very easy to talk to, understanding, and knowledgeable), I am confident that they now have the right people in place so that they can get back to the Kerry's that I want to bring my vehicles to be worked on.
