My experience at Kerry’s was EXCELLENT! It was my wife’s car that they worked on. It’s not a new car, but it’s her Baby. The guys as far as I could tell treated it that way. Justin is a stellar employee.and answered all our questions and concerns. He even stopped in at work on his day off so he could give us a call and update us. The manger Jose was wonderful at keeping us informed while Justin was off. You a Have a fantastic Team at Kerry’s Norterra! I would recommend to anyone that needs work done. Oh and the shuttle driver was very nice and polite. Thank you for such great service!

A great local and honest car repair shop. They don't try to sell unwanted services or lie about the condition of your car. I've had times where they remove a service since the work wasn't needed since a system on the car shares the same fluid reservoir/etc. Will definitely be returning for occasional services that I can't perform myself.

Be careful. After spending several hundred dollars on diagnostics was told I needed a new transmission. However, I took it in to the dealer and learned it just needed a much cheaper repair. Per the dealer it was a fairly obvious problem so don’t feel the folks at Kerry’s we’re real honest.

Update2: I’m changing the rate back to 2 because after two weeks or so I realized it’s still leaking. I’m not happy at all with the service and I’ll go back tomorrow. Someone need to fix this for real ! Update 1: I went back so they can fix the problem with the oil change . Jose was very helpful abs professional. Took my car right away and everything was super pleasant. I won’t give 5 star because I had to put another an hour and half for that and also because the job was done poorly the first time, but I appreciate the great customer service the second time . did the oil change yesterday and waited almost 2 hours and this morning I realized the oil is running under my car. I have to put time again and go fix this . Not acceptable at all. If they show a good customer service I’ll rate them more , but if I have to wait again I definitely won’t rate more than 1 star !
