Jose & his team are always on-point. Routine oil change today, but they continue to do great work on everything from breaks to realignment. We've had our cars in there several times & continue to rely on them for great prices & expertise.

Got a "decent" price on my repair. Asked them to only fix my two engine mounts. Calls and tells me theres another issue I need to fix and that I can save money if I fix it now haha! extra $$ later, I get the car... I check under my hood a couple days later. My engine mount still cracked and not even replaced. Overall poor service and quality check.

I went in with what I thought it was a simple switch problem my switch broke on my front window switch… All of my other switches worked in all the other doors including my door except for my window, it was clear that the switch was broke because it was loose… It got stuck in the down position. I went into them for the problem it seems simple to me, however and they told me it would be $674Because I needed a new switch at that time Justin told me you might need a small part which is not expensive and not a big deal… Now...I had gone in there on Friday they take me home I left my car they were supposed to call me but they didn’t… They were going to call me before noon on Saturday… They didn’t I had people coming over and they needed my car, I called them at 12:30 and they told me they had received the wrong part. So they brought me my car about 130… Monday I had my 81-year-old father come all the way across town to follow me up there so I could leave my car and the keys, I live in north Phoenix he had to drive me all the way downtown… I heard nothing they said they left me messages I did not see any… So my dad pick me up from work and drop me off there I took off work an hour early… I get there and they tell me they still have the wrong part. Then I see they left a message about 10 minutes after I left that now they had the right part. Now my first quote was $674… OK that seems a lot for a switch. My dad drop me off there after I took an hour off of work early on Monday I get there and they tell me it was still the wrong part… So, I took an hour off earlier the next day… I’m losing money here… I get there they tell me they have the part take my car back they work on it, when I get ready to leave and pay for it and I was going to snap finance they told me it’s 1200 and something dollars!! Because I needed a motor, first of all nobody told me that nobody called and told said anything… I find that very unprofessional I told him to take the effing part out, but I wasn’t gonna pay for it, I don’t know why I need a new motor, all the other windows worked it just seems sketchy… I told him to take the effing part out of the car I just wanna use the window… You guys help me in the past and you did a good job this was not a good experience this was very handled very badly very unprofessionally I understand that you’re busy I get that but I’m not gonna pay for stuff I don’t believe I need… I’m not a rich woman, I feel I was bamboozled… And I’m very disappointed because I really do like the guys that work there but my God, y’all replaced a rack and pinion for me last summer for $1500… This was a damn window switch… Come on I told him to take it out, and all the sudden it was $374, which I paid… They told me not to use my Driver side window… I’m just perplexed. And very disappointing

These guys did a great job and were very professional, they don’t try and rip you off or sell you anything you don’t need. I would highly recommend.

On vacation from CA and stopped for an oil change. Done in one hour. When doing the oil change they found a badly leaking cv axle. Chose to have it done the next day before driving back home. Done on time and right on the estimate. I come to Phoenix four times a year and will come back to Kerry's anytime I need automotive repairs. Justin and his coworkers are very professional and would highly recommend them for any repairs.

On the only day it rains in Arizona my window stopped working, the men at Kerry’s car care were kind enough to have me come in and tell me what is wrong and even tried to do a quick fix as I was unable to afford the work needed at the time. Very nice gentlemen and had a really nice waiting area. They were able to tell me the work I needed in a timely manner. Very appreciative.
