I am very pleased with my first experience with Kerry's Car Care! I just moved to the area from Vancouver, WA. I was having issues with A/C and overheating. I was instantly impressed with how well everything was being communicated with me. I even received a video showing what the problem was. Even after finding what was going on, they still insisted on checking more thoroughly. They ended up finding the radiator fan was unplugged. They plugged it back in and everything was running great. I wasn't charged for anything and they made me feel very taken care of. They have earned my trust and I will be back for any other car issues. Thank you Kerry's Car Care!

Went in at 10 am for an oil and filter change. Front desk attendants were genuine and very accomodating. Made me feel welcomed on my first visit. Attendant promised me around 2 hours to get things done..So I waited and preferred to stay in the lounge..Was cozy in there..Checked the time, 2 hours later, I took a glimpse outside, my car has been in the exact same spot, I realized that they haven't started the service just yet.Patiently waited for another hour expecting a crew member to give me updates on what was happening or why was there a delay..., 1 am passed and I was done...Cancelled my appointment and looked for another shop just because I felt that they didn't respect client's time at all...I hope this shop will start looking into these things..

Taken the vehicle there 4 times now, terrible place to go. Highly don't recommend it.

We were having car problems driving through Phoenix and the staff was friendly and helpful even though it was almost closing time. They checked everything out and didn't try to sale us on anything the next day. The store waiting room is also clean, stylish, and comfortable. We were back on the road to Utah in no time.

They said servicing would take 2 hours and it took over 8 hours. When I complained about it they were extremely rude, suggesting that I could have picked the car up two hours earlier if I had wanted to come in and pick it up. I am seriously handicapped, something they were well aware of, and specifically chose them because they had a courtesy shuttle. Basically their position is that they will only use that shuttle when business is slow enough to free up a driver. So I ended up stuck in my house, alone and handicapped, for eight hours. Inexcusable and unacceptable! The owner(s) and manager of Kerry’s should be ashamed of themselves🤬😰! A totally incorrect way to do business.

Horrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. They quoted me three times the price of other shops. They lied about the part that needed to be replaced so they could increase the labor portion of the estimate. I purchased the part myself for $40 and saved $700. Never going there again!
