Jose the store manager and his associates are the most helpful shop I have ever used. They find the problem quickly and come up with the solution even quicker. I came in for a check on my ac because it stopped working and for needed Maitenance they had brought to my attention. The ac blows colder and car runs better.

Vince is the Best. Great neighborhood auto repair shop.

We went here with ac problems and David went above and beyond to help us!! Definitely will be going here snd asking for david for every future car problems!!

Update: I left my original review 11 months ago, but I had to come back on here to reiterate just how amazing Kerry’s Car Care is, especially this location!!! I’ve continued coming to them consistently for all my car needs and have zero plans on changing that. The staff is always so friendly, the service quick and effective, and they are beyond helpful (like booking you Ubers to and from your house if you have to leave your car with them for an extended period of time). Highly, HIGHLY recommend! Absolutely love Kerry’s Car Care on North Valley Parkway! I’ve been going to them for about 2 years now, and it’s always a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

The shop I had used for over 10 years sold their business, and I have not had reliable service or found anyone I trust until now. I was highly referred by good friends to see Vince at Kerry's in Norterra. Justin and all the guys in there were extremely nice and very helpful. I had an oil leak and needed front brakes - two other shops looked at it and quoted me much higher claiming I needed all this other work done. I brought my car in for an estimate and they showed me exactly what was wrong, what was recommended, and gave me an accurate estimate. These guys are honest, reputable, have a very nice shop and waiting area, and they definitely earned me as a customer for life! I even referred them to both my Lyft drivers already!

All the personnel were exceptional. Even did a follow up phone call just to make sure everything was OK. You don’t find that very often. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite. Knew what he was talking about regarding our vehicle did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. Would definitely revisit them again if we have any issues with our vehicles. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.
