Justin will make sure you are taken care of! He is honest and very friendly! He got me in and out and worked with me on what was most crucial to repair on my 24 year old vehicle and helped me work up a plan to have the rest of the repairs taken care of on my schedule. Great warranty and very responsive. Received an update half way through the repair without asking, making sure I was up to date with my vehicle and when I could expect it done. Pricing was great for the warranty and vehicle was done early! Absolutely recommended Justin and Kerry's Car Care Norterra.

The new guy, Kris, was very kind and helpful. I had to get an oil change and I asked them to check all my fluids. Kris told me that my coolant needed work as well. I text my brother-in-law to let him know and I didn't know how to explain it. The Store Manager talked to him and explained it all to him. The Manager was very nice and smiling and happy.
