The service provided at 180 Auto is as good as it gets! Staff is warm and friendly. Facility is comfy and clean with nice bonuses such as wifi and even an art gallery wall. However, the best part of being a customer of 180 is the complete confidence that I won't be over or "up-sold" unnecessary work or products. This is something I have not found at any other car repair business...in any city. I <3 180 Degree auto to the moon and back!

From the moment I walked in, I felt nothing but kindness. The compassion from the woman at the front desk was so appreciated as I told the story of my reason for coming in. Additionally, the consideration of changing my inspection to a recommended oil change to save some time and money in the future was greatly appreciated! I couldn't be more expressive about my visit; the consideration of the staff and mechanics working was able to put me at ease in an area [cars] I feel so inept in. Thank you so much!

Easily made an appointment via the internet, brought vehicle in and was greeted by name by Amanda. Offered a ride home which I did not need. Later received call from Doug to give me an update on my vehicle. Ready when promised. I really appreciate this business!
