I always have a great experience at this shop. The mechanics and service advisers do a great job of explaining the issues and never over-sell. If they believe my warranty covers the issue they let me know, saving me money in the end. Best auto-shop in Phoenix!

All good; my one star short of perfect is that I called ahead, dropped the car off with plans to have it done by the time I returned from a trip, and then still had to get a loaner after having the car with you for four days already. Not a huge deal, just why its 4 of 5 instead of perfect score. Very satisfied customer.
