I went to this location just the other day for the first time and the experience was excellent. Finding an honest and knowledgeable place to get your car worked on can be quite a challenge, but I feel confident that the mechanics at this location were honest with me and treated me fairly. My car also needed an expensive repair and they worked with me to offer discounts where they could. I highly recommend this Kerry's and will be using them exclusively myself.

Not really thrilled with Kerry’s. I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change in July 2019. There are wheel locks on my car and the technician didn’t put the key back after my service. I didn’t realize the key was lost until I needed new tires a few months later. The dealer wanted to charge me $200 to remove or provide a new key. I felt like Kerry’s should have been responsible since they lost the key. They offered to remove the wheel locks for $68, which was better than the $200 at the dealer. I decided to have them put on new tires. However, 11 hours to put new tires and do an alignment is far too long to wait. UPDATE: the GM spoke with me and satisfactorily addressed my complaint in a manner they restored my confidence.

This was my 3rd experience with Kerry’s. First time was just for a diagnosis and 2nd opinion. 2nd time they quickly fixed a minor issue and no charge. This time they replaced a wheel bearing for the price quoted. Car was ready same day as promised. Great service. Thank you Zach and Jose.

They will ripe you off, charge you for 2 quarts of oil when your truck takes one. This is the second time, last tinge they wanted to replace engine sensors that were not bad. Find someone else

Everything was explained and done in a timely manner. They even provided rides to and from in a clean can. I would recommend Kerry's to anyone.

Kerry’s Car Care recently purchased the shop where I always took my car. It was a little disconcerting but I figured I figured I should at least give them a try. I have been there twice: once with my 2002 Dodge Neon and today with my 2015 Dodge Dart, oil changes both times. I am very pleased with their service. They are courteous and quick. They are willing to work around my schedule and even drop me off and pick me up from work while they have my car. I can make an appointment or drop in. That’s nice when I am in a hurry. Their workmanship seems good. Their recommendations were appropriate. I will continue to use them.
