Super care and attention... we had a dead Prius battery that the Toyota agency had put in - After our car was towed to them, Kerry’s went to the trouble of going to the dealer and convincing them to replace the reflective one for free. They took a full day to make sure there were no other defects and returned it to us in great shape . They didn’t charge us, and we were so surprised. They really care for their customers. We are certainly theirs, for sure.

I was on my way to work when my check engine light came on and my truck immediately started losing power, I went to autozone and they were unable to do a diagnostic check on my truck, but they recommended Kerry’s Auto Care, I went in and was immediately taken care of. Jose Aranda helped me the minute I walked in, he was up front and honest, and explained everything in detail. He knew I was in a hurry to get to work, I had my technicians waiting on me, and a very important deadline to meet, and he did everything possible to get me in and out quickly. They even offer a free shuttle! And super comfortable lounge, and coffee bar. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I will definitely be back.

I really think your labor cost is too high consider I am paying for full Coolant system flush for $170. Wouldn't that included removing some the radiator hoses too? So I have to pay another $220 for labor for just the radiator hoses replacement? Also Have a problem with the $250 (were told $129 over the phone) for transmission flush. After I ask about it then you gave me $100 coupon off the total repair bill. Still many of your services charge are way too high compare with Big O Tires and Flectcher's. This is my first time here. I lived in the north valley for 15 years and thought I would give this place a try. I know there are a lot of people and also a lot of shops here. The reason I agreed to the repair was That I didn't wanted to waste time driving and waiting. Oh well live and let learn. BTW, with all that money I pay, my car coolant reservoir was not even filled. It was still the same low level as when I brought my car in this morning. Just smh that even the simplest task was over looked and I don't even want to think what the other (major) tasks that I can't see were even perform? I don't mind paying more money as long as the tasks were done with great quality so I don't have to waste my time or your time. Just disappointing. FYI, parts cost were not included, just talking about their labors cost. BTW, $64 was charged for "shop fee". WTF unheard off!

Took my car to Kerry's for a routine oil change and to have my vehicles charging system checked. The oil change was completed in a timely fashion and Jose took the time to not only tell me their findings about other concerns on my vehicle but he took me to the shop and showed me first hand. Jose provided me with an estimate and there wasn't any pressured sales pitch. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and will continue to take my car there.

We are so glad we were able to help! Helping customers is what we love best!

If there was a zero star that would fit a bit better but I called to get an oil change and see how long it would take if I brought it in. . they told me 45 minutes. An hour and a half after I dropped it off I had to call to see what was going on as I had to pick up my kids from school .. they had not even started on my car and told me they would need an additional 45 minutes after the hour and a half they had already had my car sitting in the parking lot. Complete lack of respect for my time which is why I called in the first place to see how long it would take! Needless to say I won’t be returning. And I am still in need of an oil change!

Wow, this place is amazing and we're DEFINITELY going to take all of our future business back to them, even if we move across the city. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager (Jose) knew exactly what the issue was, suggested the most cost effective route, and then got it fixed fast!!! These guys seem to really care about the customer. Jose, and the 3 other guys we interacted with were all very professional and polite. So Impressed. 5-Stars x 10!
