Only thing I have a problem with and it has happened more than once. They do not call you to tell you what the problem is and how much it is going to cost. They just fix it. The work is outstanding but they need to communicate before they do the job

Kerry's Car Care at Norterra, AZ. This place is a SCAM! They gauged their prices and think we all are bunch of dummies. They wanted to charge me over $500 for a new battery and install, instead I went and got one at Sam's Club for $120 and installed it myself. They wanted to charge me $1400 for a new radiator/hose/kit when I got all fully installed for $780 elsewhere. They serviced my oil change and I got a engine leak since they didn't close the oil cap correctly costing me an engine emergency wash for an extra $ 80 that I had to forked out... REALLY?!?!?! WOW, if that is customer satisfaction and isn't price gauging I don't know what else. SCAM! We tried to be loyal customer but kept getting only disappointing experience time after time to say the least...

I got an oil change and they did a good job i taking my car in right away Saturday morning and turned it around quickly but i was there early. Friendly staff.
