Arizona Auto Repair

I have been taking my cars to Kerrys since 2003. I don't know what the reasonable charges are for car repairs. The charges always seem like a lot to me, but who doesn't feel that way when it comes to car repairs. I'm not complaining, the work is always done and guaranteed. The employees are always polite, friendly and professional. I believe it is a business that I can trust to do what needs to be done and not take advantage of me, or suggest repairs that aren't necessary.

Initially check engine light came on. Took it to autozone and used ther diagnostics on it. Crank shaft position sensor. So took the car here to have it replaced. Tried to upsell, of course, on my brakes. Got the bill and the part supposedly costs $189! $59 for labor! I looked up the part at autozone and it was half that! $90!Times are hard.. how how can you feel good about charging somebody twice as much for a part! Will not go back. Plus wanted to charge about$300 to do just the brakes! Ummm...no....UPDATE... they have never contacted me about this issue and do not recommend.

I took an older car in for inspection. When I informed the gentleman that I would be performing my own repairs he took to a snotty attitude. I only got a general report and not a detailed report. If they didn't want to perform the service they shouldn't have taken the job. I don't feel that I got my money's worth and will have to go to another shop to get another inspection. Very disappointed.

I have been to Kerry’s Car Care many times, and every time I go they are fast in getting my car done. They also inform me with any problems that need attention now, or in the future. I will always continue to take my car here. I recommend if anyone is looking for a reliable mechanic, they check out Kerry’s Car Care.

Don't trust this place! Our ambient sensor went out which we already knew! They charged us 156 dollars to diagnose it! And wanted 980 dollars to repair it! It literally took me 20 minutes to replace it and tge part was 30 bucks! Also on my other car I just needed a oil change and they refused to do my oil change unless I paid them for diagnostics
