The worst auto service provider ever, did an aligment and which ended up being wirst than what it actually was. Schduled an appointment for the oil change and after making it to the shop they were like, oh you have to leave the car here for 6 hours even though i scheduled the appointment to be quicker, the staff have poor customer service.

Made a 7am appt for a simple oil change, was told an hour or less. Fine, we all know there are hundreds of drive up oil change places but I’ll pay more for an appt. So I show up only to be told 2-3 hour wait. Why give out appts if they don’t honor them? I work by appointments and expect those making the appt to show up while I respect their time and see them at their pre-set up appt time. Their response to me showing up for a scheduled appt at 7am in my day off, “sorry”. What? Show up to your dental appt at 9am for a 9am appt and be told we’ll see you by noon. Hmm work for you? Nope you’d be out the door, so why is this ok? Btw, it’s happened before and I dismissed as a bad day, now it’s a habit.

Had two vehicles serviced in two days. Wanted oil changed on both needed check engine light serviced as well. I love how they look over the entire vehicle to make sure it's in good condition. They found a couple things on both vehicles. On one I decided to wait no pressure from staff. Second one I decided to go with due to some noises I had noticed but thought it was just getting old. After repair sounds brand new and has noticable power increase. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here and recommend them to anyone wanting quality service.

Well my suv still pulls to the right but I'm going n n two days they said they are going to fix the issue and do my rotors n brakes so we see how that goes n they told me that they turned off a light n the dashboard and it's still on
