I walked in this morning because my 2020 vehicle was over due for its oil change. I was very happy that they were able to get me in without an appointment and that they said the wait would only be an hour. The service advisor was very nice and I appreciated that they showed me the dirty filter after replacing it. They weren’t pushy with upselling and the advisor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. My vehicle was done on time and when I got inside my car I noticed the new oil change sticker had a smiley face on it 😁. I think that’s so sweet and it made my day! I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I have been going to Kerry's for at least a couple of years, mostly oil changes, etc. but sometime more depending on the problem. I am satisfied that Kerry's does good work at a fair price.

Worst experience ever. I called to make an appointment I brought my car in at the appointment time which was 11 am. Called at 3pm asking for an update. I am then told they haven’t even looked at it and didn’t know if they’d get to it today. Why did I make an appointment?!!! Moral of the story, don’t waste your time went to brake master and was able to be in and out within an hour. Awful awful service here
