I dropped off my car to Kerry's - 3 times. My car was recently starting to blow hot air on my passenger side, I needed to get this fixed before summer. The last 3 weekends my vehicle has been at Kerry's, they kept my vehicle overnight multiple times without updating me of any status. On my second visit I pick up my car and they tell me nothing is wrong with my A/C. I take my car home and on the drive home my car is still blowing hot air. My third visit, they tell me it's now my compressor - they think. Completely unprofessional, untimely, and uneducated on the matter. I paid $160 for them to take my vehicle for 3 weekends and have no idea how to fix my A/C. Would not recommend to anyone!! Zero stars!!

That bad stigma of over priced work and parts mechanics get. I will never bring my car back to get serviced there.

I've used this place for years i don't know what changed the technicians are very rude and they have my car for a week without calling for updates they charged me $1,000 for work on my car and the same thing that they fixed on my car supposedly is not working my car only ran for a week before it broke down and now they don't want to warranty their work tough luck they won't get my service anymore will not ever recommend in the shop to anyone and I'm getting my attorney involved that's how they do honest customers

It is a very good place and they do a very good job, I was very satisfied with the work that they did for me. And I will return again soon. Thank you.

Took my car in because the door handle wasn't grabbing to open. They said that the entire door handle would need to be replaced but they recommended doing a repair on the piece broken for $200 instead. Talked me into it by saying that there's a 5 year warranty on it so if it broke again, just come back in and they would replace it. 2 months later it broke again. When I brought it back in, they refused to honor the warranty saying that they can't just keep replacing the same part. Which is the opposite of what they said to talk me into the repair in the first place! I left it broken for a few months and decided I'd call a dealership and have them replace the entire handle. Just had it replaced and the dealership said that there was a part on the handle that was worn down and it's now working, but to be gentle with it because the actual problem is a part that interacts with the handle and eventually I'll have to replace that. So Kerry's didn't even diagnose the problem properly to begin with and took $200 from me for nothing! Also they quoted me almost $500 to replace the handle and the dealership only charged me $277. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
