I was so pleased with the service I received today. Best experience I have received from a car shop yet. Very explanatory of the issues and very helpful to get it resolved. Really nice staff, very respectful.

Came in on Monday and was helped in a few mins, phones very busy. Very knowledgeable, and pleasant staff at the front service counter. Appointment was set for 8:20 am Wed. I brought car in on Wed at appointed time for oil change. Received text a little after 10:00 am stating car was ready for pickup. Great customer service.

I had a small misunderstanding with this company and they corrected it and stood by their word that is something that many companies are not doing these days! I wouldn't think twice about referring someone to this establishment or taking my car in to be repaired.
