Update: they replaced the control arms, and did lots of other (200k miles) maintenance on my Prius. Dealer said vehicle 2 days in-shop, at best. Service writers were very nice and professional. I couldn't afford the cost of the repair which is why I didn't have the repair done. Would recommend them to anyone having car trouble.
