The service and time spent with me was excellent. The hours they spent on getting the cost of my part of the Warranty Work down that I could afford was beyond any expectation on my part. The work preformed was top notch. Any other work, Oil Changes, to Full Engine Replacement, that need to be done I will not wonder who will do the best work at the best price.

Had a headlight go out. Drove in Sat morning with no appointment but still got me right in and everything fixed and checked in less than 30 minutes. 190K miles on the car now and all work done by Kerrys. Great place to go!.

These guys are awesome $30 for an oil change. I couldn't buy the oil and filter from Wal-Mart for $30 for my V6 2012 chrysler 200 and the time it would have taken me.

My car has suspicious noises coming from under hood and dash causing me to have some aprehension about driving across desert to CA and NM. Kerry's team to the time to inspect very carefully while the car was on the lift. Not finding the noise-maker, they road tested it and determined the noise to be innocuous, non-threatening and related to a previously issued technical bulletin. While the noise (rattle) may be slightly irritating, the relief gained from "knowing" that it is not the precursor to a major failure is very welcome. 18-years (& seven cars) after first coming to Kerry's, they are still the go-to shop of choice, over and above what I can expect from the dealer's shop. I've been taking my vehicles over the years to Kerry's because I've always felt like I get the straightest answers from them. They've always backed up every diagnosis on my cars with photos, fluid comparisons, or even a trip back to the bay to literally show me what they're talking about. The staff has always been friendly and we seem to pick up conversations where we left off during the previous oil changes.

I went there last month to have my A/C checked. They looked at it and said the system was fully charged and my battery was going bad. Well it turns out NEITHER was true! My truck has been starting without any problems even after a week of sitting! And my A/C was empty of refrigerant! Not full as told! Turns out there is another problem with the A/C. This REALLY pisses me off because they replaced my transmission about two years ago. And then someone took the oil funnel out of the engine compartment. O didn't notice until days later. But now I'm wondering how good of a job did they actually do?! Really makes me MAD about how DISHONEST they were! They have a non rating with me at this point. Never to go back!
