I've been going to Kerry's for about two years based off of my sister's referral. Words can't describe how amazing they are. Every one working there has been so nice and really helpful to me for any car problems I've encountered. They are very thorough in explaining any car issues you're having and very reasonable with everyone's individual financial situations. I never expected receiving a follow up phone call a few days after my car service; what a nice tough! Kerry's thank you for always being wonderful in your customer service! I will never go anywhere else!

Overall it was an easy, hassle free experience. They took the time to explain what was wrong, what parts were needed to help break down the parts and labor. In addition to that they also created a list of work that could be held off on with a time limit to help budget future wear and tear repairs. I did not feel pressured or felt I was being sold services I did not need.

The guys were good to check my a/c for me. I am not a customer with great wealth. So, they were good not to inform me of a lot of stuff that needs to be done that I couldn't afford. I appreciate that.

Always great service

The Kerry's Car Care did rip off and fraud on me. They fixed my AC Bus and charged me $ 2000, I got warranty for one year if I have any problem with AC, the same problem came back to the AC. After one month came back the same problem with AC, I took back to the Kerry's told me I have a problem with the computer bus, and I have to pay to them $ 1800. The God saved from the fraud, filthy, and unethical working of Kerry's by found a mobile mechanic and I worked together with him. we opened the AC bus, we found a piece of metal in the filter tube and totally closed the air system from the AC bus. Now my bus is great working. I don't recommend the unethical working Kerry's Care to take your care or deal with set of cheating, and rip off people. this is the worst company, and I will never go and deal with them. Shame and shame on Kerry's owners by earned the money through unethical way.

The People are very Friendly and Caring. Just down to earth People. Making sure you are satisfied is Important to them and that's what counts in a Business. Way to Go. :)

The service and time spent with me was excellent. The hours they spent on getting the cost of my part of the Warranty Work down that I could afford was beyond any expectation on my part. The work preformed was top notch. Any other work, Oil Changes, to Full Engine Replacement, that need to be done I will not wonder who will do the best work at the best price.

Had a headlight go out. Drove in Sat morning with no appointment but still got me right in and everything fixed and checked in less than 30 minutes. 190K miles on the car now and all work done by Kerrys. Great place to go!.
