$212 for an oxygen sensor seems a little excessive when you can get it for 90 at the dealership

I had a clicking front wheel that I brought to my previous mechanics. Everyone *knows* when the car doesn't *sound right*. I was told there were some rocks stuck in the tire threads that they pulled out and I was dismissed. That clicking noise continued and I listened to it and worried for an entire month. I found Kerry's on a Google search because I work right up the street and I'm so glad I did. They took the time to actually *look* at my car and diagnose the problem. It wasn't anything major or terribly expensive but the point is: There is no cost greater than your safety on the road. If you feel something is *off* with your vehicle take it here. I saw they even offer financing in case your car has major issues. I'm headed down to Tucson tomorrow and I feel super relieved that my little hatchback is ready for a trip. Thank you Kerry's ❤

ONLY GO THERE if you only need your windows washed or your oil checked nothing more because they will tell you they can not get the parts .went there with mi NPR truck to get the alternator changed they told me or Decklen did that they could not find the part with a parts store right next door ( O'Reillys parts store ) I went home called O'Reillys had the part in 2 hours seems to me they only want to do the super easy stuff and charge the MAX . Seem to be much more worried about the lobby in the work they can do for you I would have gave no stars but had to leave at least 1 over earned star

I came in as a new customer for a basic oil change. They noticed one of my headlights was out which I was aware of and had bought a bulb to replace, they offered to handle it while I was there. Next to the bulb package in my trunk I also had some struts for my back hatch that I also needed to replace, and they also replaced those for me at no extra charge. Needless to say I was impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. I most definitely intend to bring my car back the next time it needs work.

I had previous great experiences with Kerry's, however 3 months ago I had rear brakes and all 4 window motors replaced for over $2000.00. After one day the front passenger window still did not work. My husband took it back and they advised it was nothing they could do....
