Best service I have received in the valley!

This is my 2nd time using Kerry's they are always professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Thanks guys.

Im sorry to say this but i had bad experience with Kerry's car care. I had them change my oil(synthetic) and drove home (less than a mile away) parked car in garage and went somewhere with my wife with her car. Next morning i was gonna go shopping but i noticed oil under my car and i freaked out. It was fresh engine oil that they out in yesterday that somehow leaked out. I was mad because if i had not noticed oil under my car i would have left and most likely bust my engine. I called Kerry's car care and they did sent 2 guys and they drove of my car to their shop and returned it an hour later saying they fixed it. I was never told what and why did this happened at first place. I trully thought they care more for their customers.

Nice and friendly service...reasonable wait time...1/3 the time of Walmart. They offer a shuttle for vehicles left and they inspected a leak for me. Air conditioned waiting room with comfortable chairs, TV, free water & coffee, plus soda machine. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent service and very polite and nice people. Get to drop off truck for repair and they give you a ride home so you don't have to sit in the waiting room and will pick you up when your vehicle is done. Drivers are very polite and are very good and cautious drivers. Would highly recommend.

I Went in on April 13 2019 and was looking into getting my driver's side C/V Axle replaced as mine was cracked. After they inspected my car they quoted me a little over $500 and was told by the two representative at the counter that I won't find a better warranty deal anywhere else in the valley. They said 50k miles/ 5 years. I did mention that Brakes Plus has a life time warranty on parts and they alsoalso qu me $300 to have my axle replaced. And I had thought I would get a better deal at Kerry's car care but I was wrong! The two men began telling me that whoever quoted me that probably was new and didn't know what they were talking about and that it might have been just a special deal for me and they really got defensive and started questioning me on who I spoke with and store location and they got on Google to find the phone number(brakes plus).... I said be my guest, you guys have a wonderful weekend I am taking my car to brakes plus! Which by the way was wonderful! I paid a little under $300 and when I told them about my experience with Kerry's care care they even gave me a discount!! I just really didn't appreciate the way two of Kerry's car care employees spoke to me saying I was lying about another shops price and warranty! Save yourself some money take your business else where! I saved over $200 with BRAKES PLUS! :)

Very happy with my service here. Quick service, nice waiting room, and they even found a problem that the dealership had overlooked for years! Affordable prices and polite staff. I will be returning here again in the future.

Quick and friendly service. Been here once or twice with a friend but was my 1st time as a customer. Wasnt disappointed.
