As a former Auto Shop Owner & Mechanics (ex)Wife...I LOVE KERRY'S! ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS up front & honest, NEVER PUSHY!!! They always give good suggestions when asked for help. They LISTEN to you. They always remember me when I come in...I really only trust my former husband (Good relationship...no worries) above Kerry's! And he OFTEN has backed up their suggested repairs/maintenance! Very helpful always. They even stayed late to finish the job they finished would be done. They are great, wish more people did business right like them.

Went to get my oil changed and was given a$3,729 approval for work to be done. One item was my brake pads in the front were less than 1mm and I should get them repaired so no rotor damage would occur. The cost was $285. I declined and took it to Brakes Plus as they quoted front brakes were $150. Imagine my surprise when the brake people said the pads were 4 mm in the front. New pads will be needed but not immediately. I did spend $245 of the $3729 estimate and wonder how much of it was premature!! They have lost my trust especially when only 5000 miles ago, the car was in ' perfect' shape according to them.

The front desk guy was polite and explained everything clearly. Car was done in good time and everything looks good.

Had oil and lube, air filter, 2 battery terminals replaced, radiator flush and 2 heater hoses replaced. Was 1st one in and last one out. Absolutely needed car for morning work. Tech stayed 40 over and service rep too. Along with shuttle to and from home. What great customer service. Reasonably priced, friendly and courteous. Kudos Kerry to you and your people!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

I dropped my Cadillac off for an AC check. The guys at Kerry's were friendly and professional. They were honest and they did good work at a reasonable rate. I was in the automotive field for a long time so I know how hard it can be to find honesty. I'll definitely use them again
