Customer service and quality inspection care was poor. I left my car over night. I specifically told them I was having brake issues. The next morning I receive an email estimate. I called to ask what they thought about the brakes during the test drive. They admitted they never took it for a spin. It baffles me that I got an estimate without them testing the brakes! They tried to justify it with an excuse saying "we typically don't take the car out for a spin unless you tell us your having issues." I specifically told them I was having issues. That's exactly why I took my car into the mechanics. Very poor customer service. I do not trust this company.
