I will never bring my car to Kerry's again there nothing wrong with my breaks cause my mechanic told me this so just so thry know they need not to inform nobody about my breaks cause they are just fine dam

Kerry's has always treated me right. Keeping me informed, using parts that are of good quality. Kerry's has many options for payments when the bill is a little higher than expected. I would recommend taking your vehicle there.

Been taking our families car's to get oil changes for a few years and NEVER had a problem until, this last oil change! Took my vehicle in for a routine oil change(keeping in mind I have NEVER had an oil leak)! So glad my son called me to say....mom HUGE oil leak in driveway, check your car. Again.....I have never had an oil leak....I pride myself in taking supreme care of my vehicles. The manager (I will be nice and NOT mention your name on here) called us all but liars.....hmmmmm....SIR....if you would have just gone a different way about this, we could have handled this differently. But what do I know anyways SINCE I am JUST A FEMALE.....OHHHH P.S.. I am a daughter who was raised by an AMAZING FATHER who taught me about cars!!!!! Just dropped it off at Firestone for further evaluation!! Just got my car back from FIRESTONE👍 VERDICT IS IN....Kerry's do your homework on how to change a 2010 Nissan Murano oil change please....the OIL FILTER WAS LOOSE, causing the oil leak. Firestone fixed it for FREE and educated me in the process of how and why it was leaking. Kerry's you're more than welcome to call Forestone and I will give you the name and phone number to speak with the mechanic that tightened up the oil filter just in case you need 100% confirmation!! Thankfully everything worked out as it always does. Lesson LEARNED on my behalf....a SIMPLE APOLOGY with a COURTEOUS I am sorry would have solved this whole situation(KERRY'S)as were humans and do MAKE MISTAKES!!! You did service my Vehicle(look under my husband's name Walter).... I've got receipts....

Kerry's was awesome! I went in for an oil change, and had a check engine light as well. They went above and beyond to help identify my problems with my vehicle. I will definitely be going back to get maintenance done on my car. Thank you Kerry's!

These guys were really competant and thorough with my 14 Ford Focus. I definitely want to recommend them with their shuttle to run me home and pick me up. Friendly and helpful and affordable for me.

Great service

So I took my car in to have brakes checked and to let me know what needs to done. They respond with I need to replace both sets of pads and rotors need to be replaced at almost $600. Mind you they didn’t even take the time to check the rear breaks. So at this high cost I took my car over to big o tires on Peoria and 51st ave. The reinspected the breaks and checked over the rear breaks they found that both set of bars need to be replaced and only one of the rotors as well as the back breaks needing to be adjusted and flush out the break line. All of this can be done for $363.35. So heads up people Kerry’s car care is trying to rip you off.

They're professional and knowledgeable and won't try to "upsell" things you don't need. Now, all my kids take their vehicles to Kerry's and receive the same great service.
