Arizona Auto Repair

Came in for an oil change, ask them to look at my brakes... Apparently they over schedule themselves on Saturday and my car was there for almost 8 hours. Just to find out brakes are fine but control arms are going bad, not even giving a quote or an option to fix.

Took time to explain the problem, offered options on how to deal with it. I will return again in the future when needed.

Great communication and dealing with some unforeseen issues due to my car being old and parts no longer manufactured. They were able to find a solution and fix the problem at an affordable price.

I walked in with questions not knowing what to do or even know if i could afford to get my car fixed. the whole time i worked with Greg standish and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will refer anyone to this place of business. He made sure i got to work by ordering lyfts for me and kept in contact during the time they were working on my car Kerrys car care have my business for life.

Called on Saturday needed to get my car looked at, they were super friendly and was able to take it same day. Was in and out within an hour, they kept the car to fix it and explained everything that was wrong. They shuttled me back home. New to the area but they will be who I go to for now on!! Got my car back! It runs amazing and I’m so happy I went with Kerry’s Car Care!!! Gave me updates throughout the week.

Excellent customer service, excellent work done on my car. Kerry's Car Care is the gold standard for shops. Wish I had heard of them sooner. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

Awesome team sorry I don’t know all the names but Greg was amazing and kept me informed about my vehicle. The others were amazing as well. The shuttle driver respected all laws of the roads and that means a lot to me and my family since I have kids that love to be outside. When I called to see what the price was to see why my engine light was coming on, I was told they would find all the codes and generate a quote for the repairs for me. Having done business with them before, I planned on having Kerry's do the repairs. I asked again what that charge would be and was told that it was free. Took the car in and was a little surprised when they told me it was going to cost $140.00 to get a detailed quote for the diagnostics and repairs. I will still have Kerry's do the repairs but will have to find out what the problems and costs will be first.
