The staff were very helpful and pleasant as I was given financial options to pay for the repairs.

I have brought every car I own to Kerry car care since 2009. They are always professional, never any issues with the work completed, answer all my questions. Kerry Car Care is the only one I will go to for maintenance on my car.

Had a pre-purchase vehicle inspection done at this location. We are regular visitors of the other Kerry's locations and have never had an issue. However, the day after I was told by the Kerry's team in Glendale that the vehicle I was purchasing was "solid", "a great runner" and "needs nothing at the moment", I got stranded with a fried alternator. Brought the car to a different (trustworthy and highly rated) shop where the mechanics pointed out several very easy to spot things that Kerry's didn't notice (or didn't care about) such as a large crack right on top of the radiator neck. Avoid this location if you can, maybe try the Kerry's location on Mariposa instead.

Needed a last minute oil change and these guys fit me in when my main place couldn't. they made recommendations but we're not pushy and provided knowledge about my vehicle that is definitely useful. I will be using them again

I just paid my snap finance loan this morning. Stuart from snap finance assured me that I can get another loan today. Devlin from 43rd location doesn't seem to believe me even tho he said I would alright for snap finance before I dropped my car off and I explained that I had an ongoing account but he didn't realize that I couldn't make another til my last was paid off. So I used every bit of my money to pay off my last loan this morning but Devlin doesn't think I can start another loan till Monday but Stuart from snap finance definitely said I could. Now they lie and say I never said I had an open account and are keeping my car. I feel highly dissatisfied with how they run their business. They need to check their process and the way they start service.
