Was asked if tire rotation was wanted and I said yes and it didn't get done and the excuse was one tire was "bald" which wasn't the case at all.

I discoverd them by breaking down across the street. They were so nice and welcoming. They also seemed very knowledgeable as i heard them talking to other customers.They invited me to keep my car over night and gave me a ride home. To make a long story short they called me early next day explained everything and offered to pick me up, fortunatly I have a second vehicle. I liked there service so much decided to leave my other vehicle to b get some work that I had been putting off done. Very pleased with there service happy to be there new customer! Thanks alot

Had my to have my car towed from there to another repair shop. Hundreds of dollars spent for no diagnosis.

Unfortunately I must downgrade the review for Kerry's Car Care. I was a loyal customer and came in for rack and pinion repair. I was told new parts would be installed (Greg) and only after pressing them later after examining the car they admitted they were refurbished and tried to convince me they were "better" but could not explain why they charged me 3x what refurbished parts cost (easily verifiable online). Was repeatedly told to speak to GM Devlin, but Devlin never returned my six calls over two weeks - and still hasn't. Will be pursuing legal action (I recorded all my conversations after they tried to charge me $86 for a cabin air filter change). They may be nice, but most con men are. Oh yeah, they try to push a WestCreek finance 90 Day No Interest deal, but the fine print is that after 90 Days IT IS 100% Interest!!! Criminal Price Gouging during COVID-19. EDIT: Went to another mechanic and they found the "new" rack and pinion was leaking. So...not only scammers, but subpar work. I shudder to think how they con the elderly. BBB complaint filed. AZ Republic reporter working on story. EDIT: I appreciate that West Creek financial has made every good faith effort to remedy my situation. I am very happy with the resolution and believe they will hold Kerry's Car Care accountable. I still cannot, in good conscience, recommend Kerry's Care to anyone and wish to warn any prospective customers from dealing with them.
