I took my car in this morning to get an oil change around 9am. At 11:55am I get a call saying that I need tires and filters. I politely decline the tires and ask to only have the filters replaced. At that time (12pm) I was told the filters would be in the shop in 15. They would install and my car would be ready. 2 hours later I call them back because I have yet to hear from them since 12. At that time (2pm) I again am told they are waiting on the filters. I call back once more before 4pm asking again for an update on my car. He said he needed to check so I am placed on hold. I wait for more than 10 minutes before I finally hung up and called back. The same gentleman picks up the phone and says he’s sorry for the hold cause he was changing the filters himself. I ask him to forget about the filters and if I can have my car back because I needed it back before 5pm. He swears it will be done in 10 minutes. At 430pm (half an hour after he said 10 minutes) I finally get the call that my car is ready. He stupidly asks me if I’m on my way...you have my car, sir! How am I supposed to get to you? Lol I get a ride from one of my coworkers and finally pick up my car at 5pm. Despite being lied to all day about my car, I am charged full price and didn’t receive an apology once when I paid/picked up my car. I only give 1 star because my last visit wasn’t this awful. Not sure if I was given the B team service today, but I will definitely not be back. Nor do I recommend them to anyone.
