Took in well used RDX Acura (176k miles) for general overall assessment. A different independent shop had advised that morning I’d need $3600 worth of repairs. Kerry’s merely discussed the aged equipment but told me there were no suspension or suspension control arm issues (bushings) that would cause my newly replaced tires to quickly wear-out. Kerry’s will be getting my auto repair needs in the future!

During a routine oil change, they called and told me that my power steering fluid and brake fluid both needed replacement. Power steering was so bad that they wouldn't drive it until it was replaced. I declined both and took it to Brake Masters, who I have come to trust. Was told (and shown) that neither needed replacement. BTW, the power steering fluid had been replaced only 12k miles ago. Typical "bait & switch" that makes auto service organizations look bad. Wouldn't go here for any repairs.

Quick and efficient service. Problems found and repairs made in a few hours. Courteous attendants. Appreciated being taken to and from the shop while they worked on my car.

I had a very unusual problem with a 2009 Volvo Hard Top Convertible. A couple of service companies quoted very high prices. Some said it couldn't be done. Kerry's handled it expertly, in short order, and at a very reasonable price.

Kerry's performed a very thorough inspection of the fluids and undercarriage of my 2007 Camry. I was impressed.

I requested power bled on my 69 Mark III, they did that ok, I asked if the did wheel alignment, Eathen affirmed, then tech said he couldn't do it, 10 minutes later he could do it. When it was finished, I took it home and inspected the alignment job, looked untouched ! I'm a fair mechanic, so I know what's what. I took it to Jack's alignment on Thomas who affirmed the toe adjustment was out 1/2" - which will burn your tires off the car in short order. Got realignment at Jack's and went to request a credit from Kerry's. KERRY the owner got nasty with me and refused to refund me for the shoddy work ( wish I'd used a credit card to pay ) . "Seems" like a good shop... BEWARE ! I'll never go back. Ripped off for $90, glad it wasn't more !

I took my 2017 VW Passat in for service, oil change and front brakes. The service was performed in a timely manner and the same price as the quote. Great job as always.
