Professional and effective. They made a point to show me what they were worried about as well as identified some concerns that aren’t urgent (but will need to be addressed eventually ). Everyone is helpful, and nobody felt aggressive or pushy. Highly recommended!!

- I can not stress this enough: James Johnson is the best!! I have made sure to follow him over to his new position at Kerry's- BECAUSE he will go out of his way to make sure his customers get a fair and honest experience. He is trustworthy and I will follow him for car services where ever he goes! Kerry's Auto was very wise in choosing him for the position they have! In fact, all the employee's have been great there!

I was referred to Kerry’s Auto to have an Interlock device installed. I arrived 1 hour ahead of of my appointment time, but was taken right in. The time it took to have the device installed was a little longer than what Quick Start had said it would take, but that was okay. During the installation I was given an update to the process and was told that I would to have a photograph taken for the Installation Certificate, but that never happened. I didn’t think of it at the time, wanting to just go home, but while uploading the document to MVD, DMV, ADOT or what ever they want to call themselves, the document was received, but never accepted. I now had to make an appointment to present the document in person and hope that they accept it. But enough of that, Kerry’s Auto performance was and professorial and efficient. Jim

Very slow service. Advertised a 49.95 plus taxes special, "come on down, and we'll get it done while you wait." Well, it's been over an hour, and I'm still waiting. The service writer recommended an air filter change and power steering fluid flush. A quick call to the last person who performed service on the vehicle confirmed the power steering fluid was changed earlier this year, and in his opinion it was unlikely it needed to be done again. Other issues raised included and recommended for repair were; 1.) replace upper & lower radiator hoses. 2.) Replace front struts. 3.) Replace lower control arm bushings. Could be legit, however, I'll seek a second opinion before proceeding with repairs. In fact I had to walk back into the service area to ask how much longer will it take to complete my oil change because the lone man at the front desk was tied up for 20 minutes on a phone call. Nice people, very friendly, however, the time it took to get the oil change was a turn off, and it's unlikely I will return.
