Price quoted to me on the phone was not the same amount they wanted to charge me when I arrived for the appointment. I was going for an oil change and the information I provided on the phone was complete and did not change but the price they wanted me to pay increased significantly. There were no apologies just excuses which I found unprofessional. I canceled the appointment on the spot and went somewhere else for the service where the cost was $60 less for more service advantages.

I've been bringing my Jeep here for a few years. Each time the service has been consistently superior. I appreciate that I am listened to and treated with respect and professionalism. The services performed are always done correctly and there is no attempt to oversell. Most recently I had an engine light 3 days before a trip after service just a month ago. They got me on sane day and took care of everything. Even if I moved away from this part of the Valley, I'd drive over to do business here. Super duper highly recommended!!!

I took my car and it's A/C issue to Kerry's after receiving an exorbitant bid from another auto shop. They performed a much more thorough inspection and diagnosed a different cause of the problem. I was provided with a bid, which was more than 1/3 less than the other bid. We went forward with the repair and the issue was SOLVED. Over a week later, the A/C still works great. Thank you!

First time using them. Challenging issue with boat trailer. So far so good. Could not get anyone else to work on it. I’ll follow up in a few months.
