A first time customer who found Kerry's Airport Auto Service on-line after an expensive quote from the dealership to replace our air conditioner's compressor. We could not be happier. The General Manager, Tammy, walked us through the quote including the 5-year warranty and the service was performed the next business day exactly as promised. Chris(the owner) is truly a man of his word, a stand up guy, above average communicator, someone who says what he means and means what he says. A mistake was made at another of his locations, Chris and I spoke a few days later. Chris listened as I calmly shared my thoughts, he didn't try to place blame at my feet, he was and remained friendly, professional and apologetic. Chris replaced my transmission in my 08 Subaru Outback turbo with a new to me transmission from Japan with less than 65,000 miles on it. Trust for me is developed through consistency, Chris is a man of his word, possesses strong character, kindness, fairness and happens to have served his country proudly. Absolute life savers. Battery died less than an hour from their closing time Called Tammy to give her a heads up, confirm my battery was under warranty and she had everything ready to go as I drove in right at closing. They swapped in the new battery and I was in my way. Thank you to Tammy and all the All Stars at Kerry’s.

They inspected my car, replaced an air filter after confirming with me the need and cost, had overall great customer service attitude, and I love that they keep the client informed, with no surprises.
