Amazing customer experience and I didn’t have to wait days to fit in their schedule like everyone else in the area. Also, for anyone looking for European Synthetic Oil Changes, this place has an incredible deal. Five oil changes, with full inspections for like $500. Can’t beat that. (No, I don’t work there, just sharing a good deal when I see one).

So refreshing to find an organisation with ethics. Never will use a dealership again. Took my jeel to AIRPARK DODGE. Time wasters, upselling scoundrels. To begin with when i got my "Expensive " warrantee was never explained what was covered. And well gee it didn't really cover anything. Took my jeep into the dealership for first oil change ( used Jeep new to me) . Had a few issues that i thought the warranty would cover. they didn't even check them just gave me a list of over $1000 unsells. LONG storey short charged me to fix something that was not broken and charged me $160 diagnosis for it also. NEVER AGAIN AIRPARK DODGE>

Staff was very professional and accommodating. No high pressure sales tactics which I appreciate very much. Just gave us recommendations and helped to make sure we understood exactly what was urgent to change and what was optional. Great place we will be back .

I needed an estimate for a broken side mirror, and was helped by Jaeden. It turns out, I also need body work, so he did price a mirror, and it was too expensive without insurance. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful and personable. Five stars for him!
