Amazing service. James was extremely helpful and responsive to an emergency issue with my granddaughter's car. She had a timeline for moving into her dorm and they fixed her car within 30 minutes. The cost was less than we expected. James' customer service was the best - he followed through at every step from the first phone call to getting her car repaired. They even did a quick assessment and reviewed the information with us at check-out. He told what was in line and a couple of things for future consideration. I would strongly recommend their service to anyone! Excellent - thank you James!!!

Ver thorough and knowledgeable

I went to a few auto body repair shops and everyone was creating long lists of repairs that were needed. I saw Kerry’s Car Care and Jaedon was so helpful and honest. He had his team confirm, review and repair what was needed quickly and affordably. I’d definitely recommend going there for all your auto needs before going elsewhere. I’ll definitely return. I had a transmission flush, oil change and coolant flush with Kerry Car Care. They were amazing customer service agents and excelled in every facet of my care. Especially Tammy, James and Ethan, who were the main providers of my service. I would definitely come back here again.

Dump your dealership. It was so much easier to call up and schedule an appointment with these folks. Jaden was courteous, helpful and actually dropped my vehicle off at the house which was a HUGE convenience. I'll go back there when my Hyundai needs more maintenance.
