I am new to north Scottsdale and recieved a Kerry's Car Care flyer in the mail When I called the Scottsdale Airpark location 2 days ago they were very friendly, professional and accomodating. They booked a same day appoinment with me for a "check engine light" unknown problem. James checked me in and a couple of hours later called to inform me that it looks like I have a major transmission problem requiring a rebuild or new transmission. VERY expensive. Thousands of dollars. He emailed me photos and explained the problem. It was going to take 6-8 weeks to get a transmission, so I returned to pick up my SUV later that day. When I got there, James told me he had some good news. On his own initiative he call a Chevy dealer and actually found out I still had a powertrain warranty in effect for another 30 days. He recommended that I get it to a Chevy/GM dealer asap and make a warranty claim, which I have done. The charge for the inspection and diagnostic testing with tax was ONLY $200!! That kind of honesty, integrity and cutomer service is hard to find! James went the extra mile to do the right thing. We will be a loyal customer for all of our future car maintanence and repair needs and I am telling friends & family.

I’ve been to this place a few times when I was having mechanical troubles with my ’95 van. This place is amazing, I’m so happy I found them! Their services are great and their staff is incredibly friendly. They took their time to look over my vehicle and diagnose the issues. The managers are incredibly informative and honest and walk you through everything that’s going on. If necessary, they even bring you back to the garage to show you what’s going on with your vehicle, which I very much appreciate. They also have free coffee, water, wifi, clean bathrooms, comfortable seating, and their lobby is dog friendly. They are also open on Saturdays which is a huge plus! I will most definitely be returning to this shop in the future.

I would like to respond to a review posted on this buissnesses web site my name is ryan and i have been taking my audi rs7 to kerrys since i have owned it there is people calling this shop saying they need information on my car and the fact they wrote a bad review on this sitewhen the car has not been for sale nore will it ever be! i value Tammy's and james and the staff at kerrys. They have been so helpful and always have my back! They are extremely respectul so for this guy to ask about my car is completely strange i just wanted to clear the air i will bring all my cars here
