Always well taken care of here. Austin took me out to show me the items that were bad and needed to be replaced. I have some experience with cars/trucks and how they work. I was very pleased to actually see the items and how they looked. Parts were ordered and the work done quickly. Everyone here, Tammy, James, Austin, and the gentleman who worrked on my truck, were knowledgeable and personable.

I made an appt with Kerry’s after receiving a flyer in the mail. Their price was good and customer service was great. Their waiting area was big and comfortable with chairs, pillows, a dog pillow, books, coffee/tea, and fresh smell. I will be bringing my husbands car here too, previously we had to only take it to the dealer due to it needing special upgraded parts, but Kerry’s says they service this kind of car too. I would highly recommend and am glad I found this place!

My first time taking my car somewhere other than the dealership. A little hesitant that I would be given a report that my 11-year-old car would need a ton of repairs. There was a major fix needed but I was given a free ride home until notified it was ready to pick up. A few weeks later there was an unexplained rattle, so I took the car back and they looked it over, took it on a test drive and surrendered the keys to the front desk without finding the problem. A young man came in from the back took the keys and said confidently, "I'll find it!". About a half hour later the General Manager came back, handed me the keys and said, "three techs drove it and none of them heard a rattle - no charge. When I told her I was relieved that I got it resolved before I took it to get my tires replaced the next day, she reminded me that I was able to get a free realignment and I should bring it back after getting my tires installed which I did. This is a family-owned company and I definitely felt like I was a member of the family. My car hasn't run this well in a really long time. Would definitely recommend.
