JUST AN UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: THEIR RESPONSE WAS BOGUS. THEY NEVER CONTACTED US ABOUT THE ISSUE OR TRIED TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE AND WE ARE STILL RIDING AROUND WITH A DANGEROUS FAULTY CAR AND LOST OUT ON $700 BUCKS FOR THEIR CARELESSNESS. DO NOT GO HERE! ---My fiancé brought his car here because there was a loud screeching noise coming from the car that was very disruptive and the car was shaking while driving at faster speeds. We were going on vacation so we figured we would drop the car off before we left so that it would be done by the time we returned. A week later after we returned, the had not even looked at the car yet. I had to Uber to work for a whole additional week because of this. This was very expensive as I work two jobs and eventually had to quit one due to these car issues. The car was dropped off sometime around May 13 or 14th and we did not get the car back until May 28th. When we got the car back and got a receipt that they fixed the serpentine belt, belt tensioner assy, and idler/tension pulley. This was a total of $644.79 including labor. They even gave us a coupon for a free oil change and apologized for having the car so long. Drove the car and it sounded find the noise was gone. A few weeks later, we take the car back for a oil change. Picked it up once it was done and drove the car home. Immediately after arriving home, the noise was back! As we work pretty much 7 days a week, we weren't able to take the car back in until almost the end of June but they were notified prior that the noise was back. We finally took the car back in and the technicians swore up and down we never brought the car in to fix a noise. But it literally states we brought it in for this reason on the receipt that they provided us. Smh. They looked at the car again and told us it was the power steering this time and it was going to be an additional $300-400. Why on Earth would we pay you more money when you did not fix the issue the first time. We did not ask you to fix what you wanted to fix we asked you to fix the noise coming from the car. We were charged and the issue was unresolved. So ultimately we are riding around with the screeching loud noise and getting stares from the community and also out of $700. I do not even trust them to work on my car anymore. We just want a refund for work not done. They claimed they bought this business in Feb 2018 from the previous owner who had the business for over 30 years so I do not even know if this message will reach them but I at least need the community to know not to trust this company because they will scam you out of your hard earned money and run with it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They claimed because the car had a certain number of miles on it, that it could have been anything. That is beside the point. What did we pay you for and why would you try to charge us more for your mistake? Then try to lie about the reason we brought the car on when we have it on paper receipt?

Dear, Natasha we are sad to hear we did not provide you with the best possible experience. Our goal is customer satisfaction and we clearly failed to deliver. This is not the way we do business and we intend to make amends. Our leadership is trying to identify why this happened and we will resolve in a way that ensures superior customer experiences now and in the future.

They were very honest, did not "bait and switch" me when I brought in a postcard with several offers on it. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours and they were very professional with all patrons. I was offered their free shuttle service and refused it because I thought my service would be a shorter time frame- My decision to do an additional suggested service created the longer wait time, and since it involved my AC, I went ahead with it.

Outstanding, reliable, expert and trustworthy service. The staff is knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needs to be done and why. There is no hard sell for additional services and the job being done is finished within the time line they quote. The best part is that the staff are very friendly and treat you like family. Facility is extremely clean and tidy, both in the garage area and the waiting room. Highly recommend using their services.

I'm not afraid to admit that when anything goes wrong with my car... I call my dad. Unfortunately, because I live cross country, there isn't much he can do. Airpark Auto is like having my dad in Arizona. As a stereotypical female who knows nothing about car problems, my cluelessness can be sensed from miles.... and MILES.... away. It would be fairly easy to take advantage of me, overcharge, and talk me into services that are not needed. Airpark Auto has never done this to me. They truly treat you like family, are honest, and walk you through the service you received in terms that you can actually understand. Today was another day I had to visit the shop, thank you failing battery. (Let's be serious... I didn't know what was wrong until they told me.) They were open 40 minutes before opening time, allowed me to pull my car in for service without an appointment, and I was driving out of their lot within 30 minutes. You are in good hands at Airpark Auto!
