Had to wait a long while for an oil change but was gifted for my patience. Nice place.

Staff is very helpful and always provide complete information on what your repairs will cost and why they need to be repaired. Never any pressure to do it immediately, but do recommend that any safety needs be done quickly. Provided ride to and from home. Very helpful when they need to keep vehicle. Stayed in touch with me and let me know how long they would need to keep vehicle to complete repairs. I will continue to use there service.

This was my second visit since Kerry's bought the business last Spring. I was very pleased with the addition of a customer liaison and Kyle is the best. His friendliness & his listening skills on the phone & in person boosted my confidence that what I brought the car in for would be addressed. Thanks for the shuttle too. I'll be a return customer.

Airpark Auto Service continues to be the best service business we have been to. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and has a large screen TV. Prices are reasonable and there is no push for upsale. In our experience they are extremely trustworthy.

Purchased my last 3 year battery at Airpark. It was time to replace it and much to my surprise, Kyle said when Kerry bought Airpark the warranties were extended to 5 years (that alone tells you something about Kerry). Kyle prorated the extension time and gave me a Brand New 3 year Battery, for a very minimal cost. They hit a home run with that one. btw, they came out to our place, and jump started the dead battery, so that I could get there without a tow. Thanks for coming to the neighborhood Kerry!!!
