The experience was great as always. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I've always received honest, dependable and great service, I would recommend Kerry's to anyone looking to get their car taken care of. They're the best!

Trustworthy. Honest. Friendly. That's about all that needs to be said about this place...but on top of that they're local and woman-owned.I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to see if anything was going on (it's an old car and wasn't sounding all that happy). They figured it out, told me, gave me a quote and then didn't use any scare tactics or pressure me. They told me honestly that some of the work didn't really need to be done and then some was more urgent. That's a very different experience than I've gotten at other places!! I will be back!!

What a difference a new location with more space makes. I now kinda feel like I make up reasons to bring my car in so I can cowork at the awesome desk in the new sexy space 180 just moved into. Headlight out? 180 should be able to fix that. I feel like my exhaust pipe may be loose but I may simply be paranoid? 180 can check that for me. I don't like the song on the radio? 180 can fix that (well probably not, but I can still cowork while they amuse me).The fact that there are more bays also means my typical maintenance gets done so much quicker too. I've been able to get in and out of the shop in an hour or so. And there's space to sit there. And a desk!!!!! A real desk. So I can sit down and be an adult and connect to the VPN and do all that work stuff. And the rest of the stuff I've always loved has still stayed the same. It's locally owned by and operated by some kick ass women. They always tell me what's going on with my car in a completely no bullshit, non-condescending way. The prices are reasonable. And they are very friendly. Most importantly, they truly care. Oh and, they're reusable cups they give as presents are amazing and well designed. Love!So next time your car needs to be looked at, let me know. I'll bring it in for you.

Customer services was great. I wish the cost would have been a little less but there was not much that could have been done about that.

YOU WERE VERY HELPFUL IN RESOLVING MY PROBLEM AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE ON WHO TO GO TO FOR THE WORK I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE

I had been having a reoccurring problem with my 2004 mustang overheating . Kerry's did everything to try and fix the problem.

Kerry the president of Kerry's Car Care along with a few of his well trained closest employees are complete scam artists. Please do not be fooled by Kerry's fake demeanor and overly nice guy attitude. You are not getting a good deal by going to his shop. In fact you will get overcharged for just about eveything. The work he did on my truck was 90% uneccssary! All I asked for him to do was the alighnment. I had my whole front end replaced and then took it to Kerry to finalize the alighnment on it. The alighnment was already done by the prior mechanic who did the replacement of the front end but it had a slight pull to the right. The only reason I took my truck to Kerry was because I thought maybe his equipment was a little more up to date. My front end now feels like jelly underneath me and pulls more to the right than it did before. Kerry refused to acknowledge the fact that his mechanic did a horrible job. I told him I wanted a refund and he flat out told me I could not have a refund! He told me he checked my alighnment personally and that it was fine. He and I were sitting in my truck after he test dove it when he told me that. No one else was around to hear him and how rude he was to me. Please do yourself a favor and try to find another mechanic shop to do your work. You will save yourself a lot of money and a headache. I would take him to civil court to get my $319 back that he charged me but the Court cost to do so is $350...
