My experience was exceptional!!!!!! I'll tell you how it all happened. My horn was stuck on my car. I stopped at the O'Reilly's there to ask if there was someone here to help me. They told me that I needed to have a auto service look at it. I was not happy of course, so I got in my car and started to drive east in the strip mall.... I was looking at what was there, it had been years since I had been over here.. I couldn't believe it, a auto service.. It was Kerry's Auto Care. My eyes lit up!!!! As I'm pulling in my horn is going off, people are looking at me, I'm looking at them, I started to laugh I mean it's embarrassing. I said a little prayer and I walked in. Anne Marie greeted me, she was phenomenal.. She was personable & experienced, she immediately made me feel at ease.. Which I needed at that moment.. I am on a tight income usually a few dollars to spare.. She went out and talked to one of the guys and said this is what needs to be done.. I had 2 options. I went with disarming the horn.. In which I would not have a horn after that. Which made me a little nervous but what could I do? So they proceeded to do that and there was a "balance hunk of metal" don't know what it is or what it does. It was in the steering wheel, it was loose, banging around in there so they removed it.. I still have a horn. Yay! While I waited I had some M&M's, filled my cup with cold water, and chatted with Anne Marie, & her son. Very nice people.. I read some of the pamphlets, "Heaven" What a great read. I asked a little bit about the company and it's a family-owned business and I felt the love.. I had to spend money in which I really didn't have. But I have to say my experience there was all worth it..!! It takes a great place like this to make me want to share..
