Great service in response to a walk in attempt to resolve a serious dashboard warning. Fairly major work was required (our Acura has 115,000 miles on it), I asked them to do the routine service on it while they had it; they took care of finding a rental car for me on one of the busiest rental car days of the year; they paid for it; and had my car finished within four hours of my first walking into their shop. And I discovered later that they had repaired something that I forgot to ask them to repair, but that had been bugging me for months. It would be hard to top this service experience.

Took car in for safety check before long road trip. They found major problems with front suspension. I approved the work and picked up car at end of the day and started the trip next day. Car handled well but i noticed a noise in left front on every rough stretch. Took car back in when i returned and the young woman who did the suspension work rode with me to hear the noise. After hearing it, she took car in the shop and resolved the problem. Very pleased

I've gone there 3x now. Once was for a noise. They checked it out told me all good and sent me on my way. No charge. Next was oil change. Very reasonable. This time was a check engine light. He said it was a sensor that was stick. Got it unstuck. Cleared code and said come back if it does it again. So 3 chances to rip me off but they refuse. Lol they are honest and kind. Due to that you know I will never take my car anywhere else unless I have to. I drive all the way from Laveen but it's worth it. Thanks guys! I appreciate you. See you soon for the oil change. Update 12/21/18 Went in for an oil change and I have them check the front end noise I was having. There was a shock that had gone bad. They worked with my extended warranty to get it covered. The part was special order because almost everything is special order on my car. Even the tires usually. I have a work car so I told them just to keep it. They sent me home in a lyft. It took a bit longer than expected but that was because of the shipment. Nothing they could help but they communicated well and when it was done they sent a car back to get me so I could pick it up. Great customer service as always. Honest. Reliable, friendly, great customer service.

Bogi and her staff always provide a friendly and warm environment which makes my frequent visits to the shop very pleasant. They have always taken excellent care of my vehicle. I am a long time content customer and will continue to take my vehicle to them as long as I have it.

After multiple mistakes with this company and horrible customer service I will not be returning to them. The first mistake was when they broke the drain plug on the oil pan. I discovered it the next day when I noticed it leaking on my driveway. They were closed the day I discovered it so I had to drain the oil to replace the plug and refill it myself. I contacted them and they offered me a refund and to cover what it cost me to replace the plug and oil. After going back and forth for just about 3 months and still no refund I was offered 2 free oil changes and I was told I would still be getting the check refund. Never got the refund check and its been 7 months now. Just did my second oil change and after waiting 2 hours I asked how much longer they would be. Turns out the manager wanted to take care of me so my keys had been sitting on the counter for 45 plus minutes while he was on the phone. The guy who checked me out was nice enough to not have me pay because of the long wait. So they gave me a free oil change to cover my free oil change. I am done with this place.
