With my emissions being due in less than two weeks, I was struggling to find a place that I could get my car fixed so my check engine light wasn’t on. I found Kerry’s auto care very close to my house and asked if they work on bmw’s, to which a really cool guy named Greg stated that they have mechanics who know bmw’s Very well, as well as his knowledge that he was telling me while he ran my codes. You can’t beat this places prices, you can’t beat their customer service, and if you have an older bmw but don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for repairs, this is definitely the place to go! Would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE who needs ANY car fixed.

I had some tough questions and a very difficult problem. The guys worked on it for a month with no success. They even had it towed to a different Kerry's where a mechanic with additional experience would be able to do the work. The whole crews at both locations knew all about what was going on and kept me updated. After countless hours and a plethora of mechanics my vehicle was unable to be resurrected. I went to pick up my ride and settle the bill, to my gracious surprise they didnt charge me a thing ($0). I would recommend these guys for any automotive problems.

My husband needed a quick simple oil change but couldn't afford the full detailed one 180 auto usually offers. They quoted us a smaller price for a basic oil change and we agreed to it, then they lowered the price, even more, when they realized one of the services didn't apply! We didn't have to point anything out to them or ask for a rundown of what they did. We just picked up the car and saw a lower price than they quoted. That's what I'm looking for: someone to look out for us when we don't know enough to look out for ourselves. Thank you, ladies!

Great customer service and honest service I can trust.

I went to go get an oil change and I have been coming to Kelly’s car care for the past 6 months to get all my service done. Mike the “manager” insisted that I have to get my oil pan fixed and I can not leave until I do. They broke my drain plug and he insisted that he fixes everything wrong with my car. I went in Thursday afternoon, I did not get my car back until Saturday afternoon. He kept lying to my father and kept changing his story. They broke my drain plug and they still charged me for it. I only wanted my drain replaced (which they broke) and he still wanted to charge me 600 dollars because he assumed that I wanted my oil pan gasket replaced since I agreed upon it. I only wanted my drain plug replaced (which they broke). If you got time to wait for an oil change and have them pressure you down the throat to get something fixed and leave your car there for 2 days, go to Kelly’s Car Care. Had to pay 200 dollars for something that I never touched, and they still insisted on charging me for it! SCAMMERS!!!

Will always bring all my vehicles here from now on!
