Be careful! Don't just throw money at these guys. They wanted to do a repair for a $1000 & it didn't need the repair. The repairer couldn't even explain what was wrong. Read their response below! Seriously "communication?" How about honesty? Integrity for a business?
Communications are essential to a good experience and somehow we managed to fail you in this area. This is not reflective of our operational standards. We are beyond sorry we did not communicate clearly. Our leadership is trying to identify why this happened and we will resolve in a way that ensures superior customer experiences now and in the future.
