Always a pleasure doing business here. Friendly staff and competent. I asked for 15K service On new leased SUV and they also did a tire rotation which I didn’t expect so they deducted that charge because I usually get mine done elsewhere. Thank you. I called day prior to schedule and was told it takes 45 minutes. Arrived at 8:40a and they got my car right in. They did update me twice on their timing between 60-75 min. I left at 10a. Not bad but not expected as well. I’ve had so many good experiences with them over the last 10 years that this would never change my opinion just might ding it half a star

Wells it seems their corporate way is to take photos of every problem and convince clients of needed repairs after having an oil change. I’ve taken all 4 cars to another 3 different trusted mechanics (one dealership, 2 independent ) and so far out of the last 6 trips (different cars) each mechanic said 50% urgent work unnecessary. I guess after so many years of liking them I am still swayed positively of their competence but now get a second opinion.

Place was pathetic made an appointment at noon for 2 o'clock showed up waited 45 minutes and they never even got my car in their took my keys and left no thanks my time is valuable
