I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland to Kerry’s for some warranty work (this Jeep has been in and out of the dealership for suspension issues, if you are familiar with the air suspension system it is notorious for failures, and that was what I had always thought the issue was). Kerry’s identified suspension gremlins that the dealership never had, and the ride quality of my Jeep is better than it has ever been thanks to them!!! Mind you the dealership replaced the steering thinking it was the culprit, and demanded I replace the shocks (which I tested and had been fine) prior to replacing the air coils. Kerry’s identified the issue almost immediately, worn bushings of all things! So not only do the techs possess superior mechanical aptitude, but the service is TOP NOTCH. I was consistently updated with the status of my vehicle, even when the warranty company caused delays, and most importantly I experienced something you don’t get in this day and age very, all of the staff treated me professionally, and more importantly LIKE FAMILY. Bottom line: Kerry’s has earned my business for life.
