I received a flyer from Kerry's and decided to drop by without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't expect to get in but they got me in and did the work while I waited. While my vehicle was on the lift, they pointed out some minor issues that should be addressed in the near future. At no time did they attempt to upsell or pressure me to do more work. It was just good, thoughtful advice to keep in mind for future maintenance. TJ was very friendly and helpful. Their waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I will certainly return for my future vehicle maintenance. Thank you for the great service experience. Rob
