Very professional, gave all the information I needed and got my approval before starting on the work. Also ran an evaluation and found a belt that needs replacing. Given the age of the vehicle, it didn't surprise me, and if it had broken on the road, I'd have been in a heap of trouble, so I'm glad they checked! They could've easily inflated the problems but didn't. The price was very reasonable. I have a class B RV and they had no problem accomodating its height. And the waiting room was not just clean; it was fancy! I was able to work in comfort while they repaired my vehicle.

Very slow service. Advertised a 49.95 plus taxes special, "come on down, and we'll get it done while you wait." Well, it's been over an hour, and I'm still waiting. The service writer recommended an air filter change and power steering fluid flush. A quick call to the last person who performed service on the vehicle confirmed the power steering fluid was changed earlier this year, and in his opinion it was unlikely it needed to be done again. Other issues raised included and recommended for repair were; 1.) replace upper & lower radiator hoses. 2.) Replace front struts. 3.) Replace lower control arm bushings. Could be legit, however, I'll seek a second opinion before proceeding with repairs. In fact I had to walk back into the service area to ask how much longer will it take to complete my oil change because the lone man at the front desk was tied up for 20 minutes on a phone call. Nice people, very friendly, however, the time it took to get the oil change was a turn off, and it's unlikely I will return.

Staff was courteous and professional. Appreciated the accurate explanation of services and estimates.

TJ & the crew are amazing! I love that he said numerous times that he wanted to make sure that I was safe in the car he repaired. I won't go anywhere else after this experience. A big Thank You to TJ.👍😊

I entered and was greeted before I got to the counter , that's a plus . I spoke to the employee and he explained it would be a few before they could get to my van . He then offered me a shuttle if I would like . I thanked him and told him I would wait as I was going straight to work after . My work is at 7th ave and Bell . As they were finishing up he came to me with some findings and took me back to show me what they found . This to me again was a plus as no other mechanic had done this before . I give this location a 100 percent as they actually care to explain all findings with the customer .
