Quite helpful but never accurate or truthful about everything or time needed. If it’s gona take forever that’s fine, just say so. Better than being told one thing then being told car has to stay overnight! That’s not a big deal though and it was ultimately for the best. The other experience for AC service was great. Very helpful and no charge until issue diagnosed which included some charging of the refrigerant, so basically typical shop but amazing waiting room and personable staff.. free shuttle, often coupons in the mail. Much better than typical shops like gruellichs or brakes plus.

This is my second time with them and I absolutely love going to them!! They are very nice, caring and not pushy at all. They have a forever customer for sure!

I highly recommended to anyone who wants or needs a professional automotive shop. It's not easy finding a great mechanic nowadays and I just got lucky with Kerry’s Airpark Auto Service. The place is super clean, great prices and what else can I say, this place is awesome.

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation, they only did an oil change. Also it was supposed to include tire pressure check etc but when I got my car back the tire pressure was off so not sure what they did besides an oil change

James provided bad information to us based on a third party’s product which he was not knowledgeable on. Between faulty wiring and wrong dates entered into the device we had to drive to Kerry’s 5 times in a week. We then received a call from QuickStart saying they made a mistake and told us their device was valid in a state it wasn’t. We scheduled an appointment with James (who was not authorized to do so) to come back to Kerry’s again to have the device removed and upon arrival James says that Kerry’s auto will not remove the device without QuickStart’s approval. James knew my wife was pregnant and that we were scheduled to be induced the evening after the device was removed. Tammy the manager continued to refuse to remove the device until QuickStart approved. This business is being represented by people who don’t care about the basic principles of right and wrong. They would rather put an expecting couple in a stressful and dangerous situation. The vehicle is registered under my name and I never signed any paperwork stating the device they installed could not be removed without approval from a third party. A good mechanic shop is someone you can trust to do the right thing and rely on when you need them most. Kerry’s has proven to be the opposite. The core values of this business are either extremely scary or extremely misrepresented by staff.

I went in for a routine oil change on 1/9/2021 . I chose this shop because a friend took my car there in the summer for an oil change & it was fine. When they called me to pick up my car they said I needed all my breaks replace, which I was fine with but they never gave me a price. They were expressing how much of an emergency it would be for me to get my breaks done ASAP. I said I would take it back because I had somewhere to be. They never called me to give me the price on my breaks. After I drove off my check engine light was on and my car was severely shaking and then just shut off. It shut off 3-4 times before I could reach somewhere to park my car. I called they shop and let them know what was going on and they asked me to bring the car in to check. When I took it in, they said the reason my car was turning off was because the air filter box was broken and my engine was getting too much air. They slapped duct tape on it and told me to come back on Monday. I AM 100% BLAMING KERRY'S CAR CARE FOR THIS. Had they not checked my car to see what else they can charge me for that wouldn't have broke & my car would still be working. Now I have to buy a part that cost $600+ and who knows how much labor would be. I am never taking my care to Kerry's Care Care ever again.

Kerry's Airpark had been servicing my vehicles since I moved to the valley. They are always quick and fair. I was a little worried when Jake went to another location, but Ethan has been making sure my car care needs are met. Thanks!
